Yeah, a "multiplayer only" game is doomed unless it draws mass appeal or have a fun vs AI mode. Adding a campaign is always a plus for me, but in Destiny's case I feel betrayed since they promised lengthy campaign with rich lore and an engagin story and it ended up delivering a piece of sh1t due to Activision's meddling and Bungie's compliance.

PS: I was on the verge of renewing my PS Plus subscription and buying Destiny or using that money on bundles and Steam sales, I ended up going for the latter and I couldn't be happier, I even sold my PS4.
