And yea as everyone else says, let support deal with it. I know you've contacted them but ask the giveaway creator to contact support for a re-roll as well.

Long story short, I ended up winning a game I didn't realise I already owned. (Incidentally, for anyones future reference, if you own a boxed copy of Supreme Commander, the CD key will also give you a copy of Forged Alliances on Steam)
Is it ok for the guy who made the giveaway to just relist it? I wouldn't really bother asking, except given the way the new contributer giveaways work, so I'm not sure what the rules are regarding this. I wouldn't want him getting into trouble because of my mistake. I've got an open ticket, but it's not had a reply in days.
