Always a shame to see someone leave because they get harassed. :( Yes, those rude people should have been blocked or reported. And perhaps, some thicker skin could have been grown. However, a place like this has great potential and should be home to some of the friendliest, kindest folks you can meet.

Childish people ruin everything. :(

And Shadow, you will be missed. Hope everything works out. And please do not lose sleep over those morons. They are not worth it.

O,o autch, well im new over here but i kind feel your pain, i have around 300 games which makes lot of ppl trying invite me and begging for games (not because of this website since im new here, but because some groups i was inside in past), thats why im trying keep my friendlist under 50~60 friends which belongs to my real friends, my family, my good mates from multiplayer games and some cool ppl that i enjoy to talk with. Its a quite sad about damage which beggars can do the ones that supports this giveaway events. Good Luck

steamgifts.com needs to add private message option, hide link to steam profile (or make option allowing to hide it), add "comment/signature" field to user-profile page for such things like www, steam profile link. Problem with beggers solved.
