Well, you'd have to like the game a lot to be hyped about such a small dlc ;p In fact, for most other games I'd probably pass on a $4 dlc that adds such little content, but considering the amount of time I've spent in that game.. :p

Well, I almost never even buy a DLC, but I do have a few because I just liked that game so much!

I have little less than €20 in wallet ... slowly increasing. And I predict, that I won't spend anything on that "sale", again. I have exactly 299 games on my account, which is more than I could play in lifetime. So, I won't risk breaking the 300 mark, unless there's a deal for something I really want that is also obscenely cheap. How some people can collect several thousand games on their account is beyond my understanding. I for one, find it increasingly difficult to find something worth buying at all.
