Not rain on everyones parade but literally any gaming PC made in the last couple years can handle Dolphin and PS2/PS1 emulators at 1080p pretty much. Sure not super legal but I wont tell....

There is PS1 emulation that does not require "technically" dumping the rom from your console, it works without it (same as Dolphin), so you can just stick in your legal PS1 disc and play.

Yeah and thats pretty much all you need for the Resident Evil games, probably look better then a port knowing how these companies half ass ports sometimes. Most emulators can do 1080+p and even have more graphical options, was just playing Metroid: Other M, looked glorious on PC compared to Wii.
