New Year New You

Do you believe in New Year resolutions? Do you make them yourself? Have you been successful in keeping them in the past? Are there any lasting changes in your life due to resolutions from years past?

For my part, I resolve to buy not one single game in 2018. I tried this once before, not as a New Years resolution, but just as a thing. It didn't work. But I really do have enough games that I really want to play that I own already to take me through all of 2018. TW3, FO4, Torment: Tides of Numenara, Batman Arkham Knight, Endless Legend, LA Noire, Dark Souls (now that I have a controller for the first time in my life, yay!), Dishonored, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl, Tyranny... And that's just listing a bunch of the biggest and longest. And when you can only game about 3 hours a week, well, there goes 2018 and beyond!

So, yeah, no buying games. Put that money away. Put that money away. Put that money away.

I believe its good to have them resolutions and stick to them but at the same time i have never stuck to one, neither did i put in effort to start them up in the first place :D
I get so determined as New Year starts, sleep, wake up and get too lazy to do anything and to next YEAR 2019!

as for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R series \ trio. 2 ways to play em. in order of release (since you can definitely tell the improvements, feature changes etc)
or chronologically.

No. Part of the deal is that to watch for those kinds of things, you have to "shop" for games pretty much every day. And there's no way I could hold to my resolution if I shop for game deals every day!
