This was meant to be a public giveaway, but I somehow made it invite only. Guess it's now a no bots giveaway.

Great choice. :) Been thinking about rereading it, have had an itch to read a Neil Gaiman book.

I need to read Good Omens and American Gods still! The Graveyard Book is probably tied with Ocean for my favourite, but Norse Mythology is up there as well. I normally try to read his books in audiobook form, since he's such a fantastic narrator.

I'd recommend for reads: Maus by Elie Weisel also congrats on the new job :)
Edit: sorry, Night is by Elie Weissel and Maus us by Art Spiegelman. Got those 2 mixed up :(

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maus
but this book is from Art Spiegelman and perhaps not the one suggested...

I think, this should sort out the confusion, though it's still unclear, if Alvin meant Maus or Night, but both seem worth reading.
Btw, I have not read any of them, because in Poland we have so many of those books published originally in Polish, and rarely translated into English. Two of the best, that have been translated into English, are Conversations with an Executioner by Kazimierz Moczarski and This Way for the Gas, Ladies and Gentlemen by Tadeusz Borowski. Highly recommended, if you are interested in Nazi atrocities... and if you have really strong nerves.

Great choices! I had read most of them during seminar and trip to Birkenau. Shame there are no official digital copies in English. From my point of view those books are much more valuable than Maus (as historical document). And as I remember Moczarski exposes dark side of German totalitarianism but also Russian regime (after war). Really worth searching and reading time.

Ooh shoot, sorry about that I was wrong in that last comment. I got those 2 authors mixed up. Yes, Maus is by Art Spiegelman, not Elie Weissel. I literally read those 2 books at the same time.

So you want to create public GAs, but you don't want bots and auto-join scripts to enter? Good. Just post a comment in this thread with a link to an invite-only giveaway. The idea is very simple and is really not different from many (most?) of the other threads in the forum, except that you don't need to invest much time or thought into it. Just post the link in a comment, and you're done :-)
A few additional guidelines:

I'm trying to find how serious the issue with bots really is. So far the results don't really prove things one way or another. Here are some stats from my latest experiment:
Game: Space Trader: Merchant Marine
Number of giveaways: 5
Period: 3 days
