I dunno what it is, but I keep confusing Ar Tonelico with Tail Concerto. They don't even have anything to do with each other.

I'd assume it's Bandai Namco or NIS. Those 2 are publishers at least

Yeah but the Rights for a PC released is all over the place for JRPGs now. On Console its easy to know who has the proper rights but for PC...All hell break lose.

Yes. The Ar Tonelico games.
I mean sure its a strong Playstation Exclusive but it can't hurt to try asking them for a PC released for their old games but who actually has the rights for a PC released? Bandai? NISA? Koei?
So far I don't know their PR but at least I had to ask Ghostlight.
