You just need to indicate US Billing address when paying for your order.

after you activate deus ex, what is the name in your library? Deus ex - augmented version? or just Deus ex: Human revolution

I'm asking this because I already have the standard version, I activated the serial in amazon and it activated and the only thing I noticed that was changed is that I got the tactical enhancement DLC

It doesn't show up as Augmented Edition. I believe the extra stuff included in Aug. Ed. is found by right-clicking on Deus Ex or by checking the Media tab in Steam.
