Prices glitch sometimes and go negative. I've never been able to complete such a purchase. This one can't currently be added to your cart but even if it could, Steam would prevent you from checking out until it was fixed. It happens sometimes, usually good for a chuckle

A racing game made by a studio whose most-known and highest rated game never managed to crack 50% average, distributed by a publisher that is just one among the many "British" shovelware companies flooding the market with the cheapest-made shit out there that just barely manages to pass the (otherwise painfully low, but still not Valve levels) bare minimum quality requirements on consoles (as in, it can be started up and played at least for one level… and yes, this is the actual quality requirement on consoles).

If I wouldn't know that these publishers wouldn't pay a single penny to save their mothers' lives, I'd say they are repenting by paying money to any poor soul who has the misfortune to ever get this game.
But being somewhat realistic, I'd say it is one of the many pricing fuck-ups on Steam that seem to be popping up more frequently this year.

This actually happens quite a lot, i don't really know why but it's just our beloved steam. :)

Had the same Problem with the Giana Sisters Bundle (2 Games, each 15€ and one 5€ as bundle 18€)

One time there was a Sale with 120%, and the price went from 15,00€ / 5€ to -6,08€ but the Bundle had the real price of 3,60€ (sale of -80% but priced as 120% sale..)

So for sure my plan was, get the game non-bundled and earn 12,16€ from steam instead of paying 3,60€...
Everything i've tryed ended in a clean Cart and a bugged checkout ;)

Yeah, Steam offers me a 186% discount (they're kinda promising to pay me 371 roubles (about 5,6$)). But at the same time they don't allow to add the game to cart, and that makes me sad :(

Some games are so bad you can't pay people enough to take them away. P

They recently changed the base price from $40 to $10, and I think the game is also supposed to be on a discount, so they must have screwed up somewhere while setting both.

On the off-chance that anyone actually wants the game, Indiegala's store currently has it at $1.99.
