Speaking of cards, how do you farm them? Do you use IdleMaster or sth else? Does it really work exactly the same as if you were dropping manually? I got 600 cards to drop, and I believe I should do sth about it :D

i don't use any software. too much risk to get steam suspesion - vac and other. simply run game (i do 3 games in one time), options -> windowed, low quality and minimalize. you can easy do other activities.

You can't get a VAC ban for using Idle Master. Steam has no way of knowing whether you're actually running the game or if you're using software for farming.

I have idled and played CS GO at the same time. No problems. And it was a few months ago, so I would've been banned by now. And Valve is fine with farming anyway.

use ASF instead of IdleMaster (it idles in another session, so when you start playing something, it will stop idling).

VAC bans only apply to VAC secured servers. Idling with IdleMaster/ASF/Whateva won't even launch the game let alone connect you to a server. The only time there's even a potential for risk is if it's running whilst you're connected to a secured server on a relevant game.

That's true, but in this case you have a choice of going through two streets - one with abysmal chance of getting hit by that piano, and one with 100% chance of NOT getting hit by that piano :3. Only fool would choose first one, if there are no downsides of choosing second one.

IdleMaster & Archi's Steam Farm both work, after you start getting cards, you can use Steam Trade Matcher to find 1:1 trades to match your duplicates with other people's duplicates.
