First of all you didn't "pay" for anything. You get those points for free.
And yes, you should mark as received because a) You entered the giveaway, b) You received the item that was being given away.

If the person who made the giveaway actually sent you the DLC then you should mark it as received. If they only sent you a link to the free DLC page, then mark it as not received.

First report the user to support...so that the giveaway is deleted, if he didnt send you a key or Steamgift..just the link to Store...what he is doing is exploiting.
Second, delete the link to the giveaway, no calling out here!
And last you should read the FAQ..points are free..so you paid nothing!
