Hello there!

Want to share with you my animations which I do in my spare time (just for fun).
I'm looking for some awesome artworks and bringing them to life.

My last work is made for atmospheric Dark Souls art "Tomb of Giants" 💀, so if you want to check this out - here is video link (the link to the original art is posted in the video description):

If you want to check my other works as well - here is my YouTube channel:

I'd love to hear your feedback 😋

UPDATE №2
Added new short animation
It's based on oil painting "Love never dies" by Michael C. Hayes.
I was impressed by that beautiful art, so I decided to make an animation for it 😇

As a fellow animator, i suggest you move things a bit more. There was some great potential in some of the pictures.

Thank you for your feedback!
You mean animate more details or make motion animation with bigger amplitude?

animate more details

This. You can make them a lot more lively just by adding some fast/easy stuff. (ofc, slow/harder stuff would look a lot better)

Btw, a question from mine. How did you get such view numbers? You don't have that many subscribers but your view numbers are pretty high.

Thanks, I will try to do my best next time.

About views:

1) First 1000 views are from Google Ads. Google lured me with their promo for new users (spend X money and get 2X money for ads). It helps with the amount of views (for 10$ got 1000 views (so for 4 videos I have spent ~40$), but it may depends on regional pricing, your content and ad settings), but don't expect much with likes/subscribers. So I can't say that this is really worth it unless you are ready to spend solid amount of money for it (10$ is not enough for game change for sure, but if you are starting from absolute zero like me - you can try it).

2) And the most important. The rest views are from social medias/forums/elsewhere. Find groups on social medias/forums etc. with the same subject (or which allow you to show your content) as your videos and share it there. This is really the best option, it costs your time instead of money, but it's really worth it. For example, my Dark Souls animation got ~150 views just from one of the groups about Dark Souls game series in social media + good amount of likes.

Also some work with your channel is required (tags, keywords, hashtags, branding options etc.) so your video can be showed in better position in youtube search.

Looks like I wrote a little guide by replying to your comment 😅

Wow! This is great :)

I subscribed to your channel to be notified about more things you create :)

Also Synthwave and Rock and Metal are the best ;)

EDIT:

After listening to them all I can tell that for me this one is the best: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tGIvomiGmLA

Not only the bit but also the great changes of colors during music and the laser animations you did :)

Do you need to get permission to create a animation to a music or can you just pick a song and make it? Maybe I would know of a few great synthwave that would be so much better with animations :D?

I just check copyright settings for music on YouTube (Content ID). If music creator do not allow to use his music in other videos - I'm not using it of course. Usually copyright appeal leads to that you can't monetize this video (while music creator can), but I'm not making money with it anyway 😅

What about synthwave artists, Donbor is my favorite, so many great tracks. Recently I'm was really surprised by OST for the game "Nex Machina" by Ari Pulkkinen (especially with the track Let me save you (I prefer instrumental version)).

Nice start, I think you should animate stuff a bit more, a bit more movement, camera panning etc. these are more like cinemagraphs than animations in the traditional sense.

Thank you for your feedback!
In my last video I tried to animate as max as I can (bonfire with sparks and light flickers, knight's breath, moving of skeletons and wiggle of eyes, and some little extra at 1:17 time code 😉) , but "the story" is not dynamic at all and there is not that much objects on original art that I can move. I will try to do something more action oriented for my next project 💣
With previous videos I agree (especially with the robot) I could animate more details, well at least viewers can see my progress from video to video 😅😅😅

Nicely done. How long did you take to make this?

Thank you.
I can't exactly remember how long did it take, but I remember that I lost whole day just to animate bonfire properly 🤦‍♂️ 😅 Other stuff was much easier to animate.
Also the lion's share of the time took by insufficiency of power of my PC for that kind of work (it drives me crazy really hard), After Effects is really "hungry" software, and this is the main reason why it's hard for me to upload new videos more frequently.
I wanted to build a new computer with new Zen 3 CPU's, Nvidia 3000 series cards and some fast SSD and RAM, but that's unreal to find something in stock without overpricing right now (especially in my country), so it is what it is 😶
