Must be an extension, though I don't know which one as I don't use those. Try to enable them one by one and check which one does it.

If you end up on a giveaway for a game you've hidden, you can tell by the fact that the eye icon you click to hide it isn't there, because it's already hidden so you can't hide it again. That's the only built-in way to see.

I found it! It was on violentmonkey called SteamGifts Tinkerer, Featuring Refined Ostensible Gain! I don't know if it's still being updated but when I turn it on it fixes it. :)

This is dumb but I don't know what I did. Every game I hid on steamgifts would be faded out on trains (or any time I was on a giveaway that was hidden) but now it's not? I had to disable a bunch extensions (RC Enhancer/ESGST) so I don't know what I did to change it. :( Please help me. it's bugging me!! Thank you. :)
