The arma 3 worths 62 this extended version worths 78 in my currency so do the math

It is "the" full package if you're going for it: https://steamdb.info/sub/60639/apps/ since it also includes unlisted DLCs as well.

I have a version of the steam Arma 2 base game, and it does still show up in my library, however they made it so if you want the patch you have to rebuy, so on the store page Arma 2 base shows up as unowned for me. hence I will not do further business with them (unless their stuff is in a bundle where it is practically free anyway).
