What is a good racing game under $5?

Can some of you guys please recommend me a good racing game under $5.
Oh yeah I don’t want a racing game with mega good graphics because my PC sucks.

Specs:
Intel Core E5400 2.4 GHZ,
4 GB RAM,
AMD Radeon 5450,

If you like MLP you should check Snuggle Truck. It's not an awesome game but has a Brony reference and it's under $5.
