Weird Problem in a CD KEY

So I bought Sleeping dogs from a guy a couple of hours ago. all went good, expect that the version was NA (sleeping dogs NA)
what does it mean? because im having a problem to see the pictures of all the achivement on the game, and btw I can enter the giveaways of the game on this site...
So what is NA?

There is a NA version and a LV DE version...

LV DE = Low Violence Deutsch (German)
NA = Not Asinine

And as you can see here this censoring is very effective. Not.
