I may be interested in giving a few games to the group that I wish to see played. If you don't mind me asking, is it allowed for giveaway creators to make custom requests on their giveaways such as "If you win this, within a month, you need to post a few screenshots as comments on the giveaway page and write a sentence or 2 about what you think of the game."?

Hey :) You are free to ask anything course, but you'll have to enforce these custom requests yourself if the winners don't do them (e.g. by blacklisting the winner). Group actions will be taken only if the winner does not play the game within a month or does not have a public profile anymore.

Hey, love the idea and would love to join! I must say though that I can't create any giveaways this month at least, and even after that I'm not sure just how often I can do it, but I'll try to keep my group won/sent ration positive at the very least and won't enter for anything before contributing so if that's okay with you, please let me know!

Oh but that's more than okay! You are not required to make giveaways, just play the games that you won within a month of winning a group giveaway :) Only when you have games yourself that you like to see people play and not just add to their library, then you can make a giveaway for the group if you like. Invitation send!

rather interested in joining..., have a bunch of games yet to play that sorta require for someone else to play the game with me.
if creating a giveaway to those games, helps me find a partner who plays with me...., then its bound to be worth it...

Introduction
Playing Appreciated is a group for members that like to play games they win and for giveaway creators that like to see their games getting played. This sounds simple, yet requires committent and dedication from members by filtering out games they like to play from all group giveaways and when won playing those within one month. In return members will get higher chances of winning games they want and creators will know their giveaways have a high chance of getting played. The group has more than 1000 members and over 25000 historical giveaways.
