Either Club Life or Queen's Quest: Tower of Darkness (like you said, it has 2 hours of idle time) will do fine, just reply back once you finished either one of them.

No worries, since you don't have any achievements and have only played it for 10 minutes you can also go with Luxor, but if you prefer Ken Follett's The Pillars of the Earth we will accept that one as well. Just reply to me whenever you beat one of them :)

I got a handly little script that does it for me. I saw that 3 games didn't have achievements, so I took a look at what they were (I know Battle Time has some not so easy to get achievements so I didn't wanna bother with that one). Shame, I hope you get to play it someday :/ I have played it myself and it is pretty nice.

What is your stance in regards to shared giveaways? If I've joined a shared PA giveaway through whitelist or other group, am I also expected to follow the rule as PA member or is it allowed to assume that I'm joining through other means and therefore I'm exempted from the playing rule regardless of being a member?

If you are indeed a member of a different group/whitelist you won't get kicked if you don't play the giveaway. How it actually works with the group tool: if you play it, then great, it will be approved whenever we think it is played enough, if you don't once it hits day 31 it gets moved to the unfollowed category and absolutely nothing will happen. If it happens that you get a warning anyways for not playing all you need to say is "member of a different group" and you will get a sorry for forgetting to check and bothering you and it will be moved into unfollowed as well.

I don't have an actual percentage for you, but I can tell you that probably +95% of the time they actually get played (also the winner needs to actually be in the other group, just it being a shared giveaway is not enough). There has been a total of 52 games set to unfollowed in almost 2 years this group exists (out of 11,439 total giveaways, shared and non shared) and I know for a fact that at least a couple of those are under unfollowed for different reasons.
You can also do what I tend to do and make the giveaways shared between groups that focus on playing games, so if PA doesn't force them to play another one will :)

Honestly, I'm kinda disappointed by that. If I was to join a shared giveaway where I'm both a member of PA and some other group(s) and ended up winning, I'd consider it my duty to play the game within a month... because I'm also part of PA.
To me this just sounds like the perfect excuse to weasel out of an established group rule.

I would also prefer it to be mandatory to play but I don't make the rules, I can only express my option and I have done so in the past. But at least I am happy to say that almost everyone ends up playing their wins anyways. I have replied with some numbers to Janediel, not amazingly accurate, but it gives you an idea.

I've sent almost forty games so far and only one has ever been played, even though every giveaway I ask in the description for people to not enter unless they really want to play the game. So I'm all for a group like this. I got games to give away that I want played. So uhh, option 2 on the how to join if you would please.
btw What do games given away through your group average in entries? I'll get at least five each, right; for it to count towards contributor level?

The average number of entries per giveaway is 53 according to SG here. From experience I would say it tends to vary quite a lot depending on the game (if it was bundles 283422 times before, is it an asset flip quality of game), the contributor level it is set to and if it is shared with any other groups, but for the most part there should not be any problems getting 5 entries. If not you always have the option to delete the giveaway before it ends.

Hey, just for the heads up, I gave away a couple of old bundled hidden object games (neither had achievements - if yours have achieves more people will probably be interested) in the group last week - they got 7 entries each - so I'd recommend you leave them open for at least a day or so, so everybody gets time to see it if you want to make sure they get the 5 entries :D

I love HOG games so I pretty much buy every bundle with them and give my spares to PA. If they have been bundled a couple of times I always got more than enough entries in less than 12 hours, if they have been bundled many many times it can be a struggle so I tend to throw this HOG group in the mix and always get enough entries as well. Hope you will never encounter any issues :)

Well, then all achievements should have unlocked at the same time; but there are some unlocked 15 minutes before, e.g. 15 dec @ 6:38PM and 15 Dec @ 6:45PM etc. So offline play doesn't seem plausible.

Even if you played it online for 30 minutes it still doesn't add up (the first 3 achievements were unlocked at the same time already) + which achievements were unlocked vs which ones were not doesn't add up either. I am sorry but I simply can't agree to let someone in the group that I don't trust that they didn't try to cheat their way in in the first place.
If you legit did play it I am very sorry, but there is just one thing too much that doesn't add up and I don't want to risk having to kick any more people out of the group for cheating.

Since you don't really have any other SteamGift wins that would fit the criteria for option 1, you can choose any unplayed game with achievements from your Steam library and play that instead. I've just got to recall the issue I had...
The site was not updating anything for these 2 games I had to play :( I have played the Golf game long time ago and it has never counted my playtime (it was about 250 days ago!). Same goes for Space Hulk.
Now I have enough stats for both games and they are still red. Hope you can help me and I could get invitation to the group again :)

Playing Appreciated is a group for members that like to play games they win and for giveaway creators that like to see their games getting played. This sounds simple, yet requires committent and dedication from members by filtering out games they like to play from all group giveaways and when won playing those within one month.
