Is it okay to make a giveaway of a game I won and used but bought a bundle and now have a extra key

So I won Pool Nation in a giveaway but then bought a bundle that had it after I redeemed the one I won from a giveaway. Is it okay to make a giveaway with the extra key from a bundle?

If you have the one you won redeemed on your account, then yes you can as far as I know.

As long as he only won 1 copy though and he has the game redeemed, they would almost definitely allow him to give it away.

As if he already had the game from a bundle, he wouldn't have been able to win a key to re-gift.

Pretty sure you can. Also a little off topic but where are all these copies of Deponia coming from? Seriously there's been like 70 giveaways of this game in the last 2 days and I don't remember a sale going on anywhere. Not that I mind or anything since I'd want the game myself.
