Help Me About Steam Mobile Authenticator

you have to get them from the steam app so you dont get the 14 day trade delay and what not

You'll only get the code on the phone. Its the app that generates them so whenever you need the code to log in you would need the phone to see it.
My suggestion is to install a android emulator on your pc, that way you have a "phone" on your desktop. I think bluestacks does the job but not sure

T.T theres an option "Don't have a phone?" in steam that I can only register the phone number without using the app but I can't proceed cuz i don't know what will happen.

anyway, you can use the steam desktop auth, you only need 1 sms to confirm it.

you will need a tablet/android emulator and acces to any cellphone like the whatsapp installing on tablets i guess you can do it
