All my whitelist giveaway are Region-Locked because I bought it personally from Steam Store.
Since I don't have credit card, there's no way for me to get decent non-region locked steam games for whitelist giveaway (thats the point of having whitelist people, right?), So I limit my whitelist only for people from SEA unfortunately ^^.
