I've been waiting a week. The negative rep even says "was rude" as the reason behind the negative rep which is explicitly stated in the rules as an invalid use of feedback. Not much to investigate but I'm still waiting. All I did was refuse a shit offer ;_;

did you even try to contact him and tell him about the impersonator?

If he traded TF2 keys, he can check his history to see who exactly he traded with.
