no, if your account is in good standing for longer than 30 days,valve / steam will only remove the game from your account.

If you buy it from a legitimate retailer then you will have a legitimate copy. If your key is one of the exploited ones, and you have proof of purchase, the worst that can happen is you lose access for a few days until you get a legitimate key.

Now if you acquire your copy through some other means, then it gets tricky. If you traded for it using Steam Trading, or you got it as a gift, there was no way for you to tell it was a fake and the worst that could happen is that you lose that game.
If you entered the key yourself and can't prove it was a legitimate purchase, then you have a problem.
