Don't worry dude, you should use those emotions and translate them into something creative, like a song or a movie. That's what I do to make music, I take my emotions and put them into a song.

I'd like to recommend you a game callled "Little Inferno", it makes you feel warm and comfy when it's cold outside. The soundtrack for the game is pretty good as well! :D

I've played darksiders on the Xbox 360 when they gave it away for free, it's a pretty good game!

Don't know if it was in your news, but there was a massive attack on silvester (especially in cologne).
More than 200 reports of sexual harassment and theft at the main station in cologne, done by a group of approx. 1000 immigrants and the police was helpless

I was just declined to enter a promotion music channel from YouTube called "MrSuicideSheep" (Very chill music, be sure to check them out :D) and to be honest I'm not even mad. Sure, the channel is very big and I'd really like feedback to my music, but it's not the end of the world if I get declined to enter a music promo channel on youtube.

I've sent a few demos of my music to different music channels and record labels, I really don't know how to properly advertise myself into accidentally making it spam or sometimes I don't even advertise anything I did before my last album, but let's hope for somebody to give me good tips about advertising my work.

As a former performing musician, I didn't handle the business end of things (drummer), but our guitarist did -- he was all business when it came to the band, music, recording, and merchandising -- and as far as I know, his philosophy was "get our music into as many freaking hands as possible as fast as possible as often as possible."
It's my understanding that most labels won't even listen to but a few minutes of your demo (if they listen at all), so keep sending them ... over and over and over, until they finally do give it a listen. Get it out there to as many people as possible, get them listening to it, get them talking about it. There's no such thing as "spamming" when it comes to getting your material noticed. :)

No problem, bro. I don't know what kind of music you write/perform, but there's a lot of ways to get it noticed. University radio stations will often play local music, local radio stations might have a local music section of their programming, dance/rock clubs (depending on your music). With the internet we now have services like spotify, itunes, and bandcamp ... I've even seen up and coming musicians putting their material on torrents to get it out there. There are probably 1000 other ways I don't even know about ...
Honestly, I don't know why you don't have it linked in the OP. There's a great audience right here. ;)
EDIT: OH! Another way I've seen people use recently -- Twitch.tv streamers! A lot of streamers need non-copyrighted music (or music used with permission of the artist) so that their VODs don't get muted for using copyrighted material. If you know some decent twitch streamers, ask them to play your music during gaming sessions, breaks, or whatever!

I want to try to get local radios to play my music, it's just that there's not that much local hip hop/electronic radios here.

It's good to think it out, just be sure to don't overthink.
Try a lot of things to keep you a little distracted. From my own experience I tried what I do best (Or what I think I do best for me) which is to make music. For some reason I find making music as a therapy to not think about my social anxiety problems, my often insecurity in some things, and a lot of other issues that I have. But every person is different, you can try to play music or edit songs, whatever you feel it's good for yourself.

I had a long day. I don't like my math teacher because she writes you up if you don't scream out random answers, and I'm a quiet guy so no, she grades NOTES, she gives two homework assignments every night, and she just plain isn't a likeable person. I have her 1.5 hours every day.

You should try to tone up your voice, try doing that when you're home alone or in your room.
I'm not saying it's your fault, but it isn't the teacher's neither. Math (and school ingeneral) tend to be stressful topics, but if you get something to relax you that doesn't hurt you, then it's all good.
