Who's the best of the TOP 3 publishers? (Activision ,EA ,Ubisoft)

Yeah, Ubisoft quite easily. If it wasn't for their DRM history, they would actually be a very good publisher. And on consoles they're a great publisher.

For what it's worth, I am growing quite fond of Square Enix recently.

First one's NIS America.
Secound goes to Nintendo.
And third to Valve.

Valve.

I dislike all three of them.
Their games are okay, but they're all basically the same company to me. There's no major differences between them and they both do the same thing to their game series. Activision is most likely the best of of them seeing as at least they change up their games a little more than the others.
It's not like they are actually the ones making the games, they generally just buy them.

Valve is better than all three of them though in my opinion, I couldn't say too much about others because I don't have tons of experience with other "smaller" companies involved in gaming, but Valves games are good and the service they provide is wonderful. Their games aren't dragged on, they aren't overpriced, and they keep up with them. Their other services are basically unheard of outside of steam, there's a few things, but none of them compare to the quality of Valves.

Just of those 3? Ubisoft hands down. They all have their downsides but Ubisoft to me just has the best games of the three. Prince of Persia, Assassins Creed, Beyond Good and Evil, Rayman, etc. Yeah I'm sold. EA and Activision hardly ever has games I'm interested in.

Ubisoft, Square Enix, Valve, Double Fine, and Twisted Pixel make the majority of my favorite games.

The top 3 for me is Valve , Bethesda and 2K Games :D

Ubisoft but only because they are the lesser of 3 evils.

From the 3 listed I would go with Ubi(at least here the have really low retail prices compared to other publishers and they make good games), but it's not e beast publisher out there.

Of these 3 - I guess Ubisoft is the best one
As for my top 3 - Nintendo, Rising Star Games and Sony Computer Entertainment

No love for Devolver Digital ? Quality games and overall cool people. In my opinion they're the best right now.

From the 3 on top Activision is the Best.
EA died for me a long time ago.
best Publisher was Ascaron, but it doesn't exist anymore.

You mean which is the least terribad? Hard to say, all their bosses are worthy of years of cruel torture for their crimes.

I like Ubisoft's IPs the most, though I don't always agree with their policies, but even less of the other two

It's hard to chose between 2K and Ubisosft. But oh well I go for Ubisoft.
