It's possible to give away same game, but not the same gift. All your 'gifts won' must be activated on your steam account.

You must activate a copy of the game you won in your account (SG rules). So yes, feel free to regift as long as you get the game somehow and activate it in your account.

E: Oh and make sure you activate it before 1 week from the date of giveaway is up.
