Once a giveaway is created the only options are deliver or get banned, right?

Every "failed" giveway will add "Admin please cancel" to the description, AFAIK, that doesn't happen ever.

The reason I am asking is because I want to be certain that once a giveaway is created the only options for the creator are deliver, or get banned.

Didn't want to bug the mods with a question that a more experienced user could answer. But, I'll assume you know that "correct" is the answer to my question.

In short, no I won't post a support ticket to ask this, that would be dumb.

Yep, mods can. Keep in mind that given the case you may however end up suspended or banned, though.

Wrong, there are exceptional circumstances in some cases. If you feel that it's a legitimate concern them you may refuse to send the gift and state your case to the mods. They will be judge and executioner. However, if you plain ignore the person and offer no reason them the chances are high you'll get banned.
