Won giveaway bot no gift

I won,two days ago,this giveaway

After two days I didn't received anything,I added Olegi4 on Steam,asking for my gift.
He doesn't even give me an answer,deleting me from Steam friend list.
So I contacted the support,I know a week isn't passed,but due to this I know I will never see that gift.
EDIT:Just saw the option to report user. Close the topic :)

Wait for 7 days then mark as "not received" and move on.
I see no problem here.

Should have waited the full week to pass before adding him. Wait for a full week, if you still don't get it, mark it as not received and let the support know that a full week has passed. It will get him suspended and that's all you can do. So for now sit tight and hope for the best.
