For example... Dead Island: Epidemic will be removed from Steam on October 15 and the DLC has already been marked N/A on the store page. If you try to create a giveaway for the DLC it will show up as having a value of zero but will it retroactively remove those CV points if the giveaway was done before the DLC was removed or will they stay?
