And over there we put the answers to the most common questions that we see on the forums? (i made one myself and i didnt know that it was answered before with such detail, it will be good to have a category when u can enter and access the answer to those kind of things easier)

The name of the discussion can have a misleading name and it can have the answer anyways , so it's not 100 % accurate or someone can answer that kind of questions in a reply and it wont show up either so ... having a Category will make the access to information really easy :)

Well if the community wanted to create that themselves they could. But no reason to sticky a community-based FAQ when an official one is already available through support. The questions tend to be very similar to those that are already answered on the official FAQ anyway as far as I've seen.

Yep, also questions steam related, like for example : "Is this site _____ fishy?" and so so, i think that it will be a place to answer a lot of questions

That will work 2, having a full topic with all the answers will be epic and it will help to a lot of the new users and the old ones that still have some questions to ask(like myself)
