League of Legends isn't available in all regions? (In Steam)

They are not available in some regions, but you can still sign up, download, and play.

You can buy the collector's version on amazon, or you can buy it/its benefits from the League of Legends in-game store I believe (don't remember). They removed it from Steam because their store is in-game and they didn't want to give Valve a cut of those sales (which Valve requires). You can download it from either the North American or European servers and probably play either just fine.

Download the game off of the LoL site, then you can buy the Collector's Pack in the store.

is it possible if you buy it from somewhere you can add it to steam?

LoL was once available on Steam, but was removed as there was a problem with applying patches - it can't be bought through Steam anymore

Well, you can still get the game from the site and pay for ingame stuff if you want to.....

I doubt the collectors pack is up for grabs atm.
