Sacred 2 Gold (updated, with Screenshot)

I played Sacred 2: Fallen Angel and never REALLY liked it. It just seemed to be missing something, like it was made by a developer that didn't quite know what they were doing. Not bad, but everything seemed slightly...off... Like the camera wasn't quite the right distance for the action, the areas weren't the right size for the encounters, just a bunch of minor...not even annoyances really. I'm not sure what to call them.

But, mind, I was also recently a bit disappointed in Torchlight II. (Pointlessly big and overall boring overworlds, "random" map generation made them no less pointlessly big and boring on replay, poorly planned dungeon pieces where in some areas walls block your view way too often, enchantments are duller than Torchlight 1, no decent physical ranged weapon class, Runic still refuses to give decent storage space and won't even put their already implemented elsewhere Sort tab on the storage chest, etc.) Not trying to drag Torchlight II in the mud or anything, I'm just trying to say that I can be a bit picky. I'd have included my dislikes of Diablo III as well, except it is already common for people to knock Diablo III.

Yeah, I know. I played it for a while. It doesn't show up on my Steam profile because I bought it boxed before I ever got a Steam account.

I'm often not happy with camera distance settings in overhead games, anyway. I always seem to want to zoom out a bit more than the game will let me. Or, perhaps more rarely, I wish the game was designed to be played a bit more zoomed in. (Even though games are quite happy to let you zoom in, there is often a gameplay reason as to why you'd not want to play that way.)

And here goes the hope that I would be finally able to buy it on steam "We ran out of serial numbers for Sacred 2 and removed the possibility of buying this game until the publisher provides us with a new set of serial numbers."

Thanks for the offer but I'm not "in need" of buying it, just thought it'd be nice to someday get it on steam (already have it on CD and my friend already thinks I'm weird because of how many copies of the game I have in total)
