Litterally bought Fenix and read that news yesterday... hope I can get a refund :(

Either way still no gift in my giftbox, is it for US only?

They accepted my refund request just like that. Stating that its exception and should be more careful next time.

That's how support should be, and its probably worth more for company than those 5 euro.

That said, my gift tab remains empty, though they haven't removed fenix either...

If money comes back to me all is well I guess.
