Cannot enter Contributor Only giveaway

On my profile, it says that the value of the gifts sent is $14.99, yet I cannot enter contributor-only giveaways. It says that my contribution to date is $0.

Is something wrong here or am I missing something?

It takes some time after the gift it marked as received for the system to completely register it... I think cg said about 20 minutes but I could be wrong.
