Managed to ask a friend to get me acode. Then, when I went to the redeem page, it told me, that I can't activate it due to the same regional restrictions. Question is: If a friend, who lives in a supported country logs in with my AppleID, will he be able to activate the code? And after activation will I be able to download the game anytime?

It depends on which country's App Store you are currently using. Interestingly, you can buy things from your account's "home" App Store even when you are traveling in other countries, but if your "home" App Store that your account is currently using doesn't support the code, it won't work, even if you were on wifi with an IP address in Cupertino.
