Database Query Failed (SG Problem)

One of my friends is getting this problem on SteamGifts, he obviously cannot enter and ask for any aid so he asked me to do it for him.

Here's a picture of what it looks like

Apparently he said if it gets solved he'll make a Skull Girls giveaway for y'all (whenever it is). He says thanks too :P

I've not seen that before, but I'm trying to sync my account and Steamgifts seems to think my profile is private right now, even though it is definitely public. Guessing the site is encountering some sort of major hiccup.

  • a. Yes still the same error
  • b. Steamtrades has the same exact response
  • c. He has tried that already, still does not work.
  • d. Tried that right now, doesn't work still.

Apparently he said yes it does. He has entered Steam Gifts successfully without logging in.

If your friend still has this problem (he can't access the site), try to create a support ticket specifying this error message and the username involved.
