I had the same issue.
When it finally went through, I manually typed in my name and email instead of letting firefox automatically fill it in. Not sure if that did it (I know some websites will check for actual keyboard input before activating a submit button) or if I just got lucky.

Thanks but it only ever responded (with error messages) for me if I left out required info. I guess cutting-edge tech like a submit button is tricky to get right -- maybe next year!
