Steam Market?

Hey guys so I'm looking at the trades section for Naruto Storm 3 Full Burst and a lot of people want keys for it.
So my question is, do we still have to wait a few days to trade our items even if we have steam mobile authenticator or we can trade it instantly now?

As far as I know, you can trade immediately with Steam mobile auth. Don't quote me on that though, I don't even own a mobile so I no longer trade.

if you buy it you must hold it for 30 days until tradable. but if you gift it there is no restriction.
was that your question?

EDIT: if you buy the GAME you must wait 30. if you buy key is like an item, i think 1 week restriction, someone correct me if wrong.

If you both had been using Steam Mobile authenticator the last 7 days you can trade instantly

Now, MY question is, what does this have to do with the Steam Market?

Well if I want the game I might have to end up buying multiple TF2 or CS:GO keys for it and so I would have to get it from the market.
