Slightly early cake day celebration train

Not really a puzzle, but an event. I'm coming up on my personal cake day, and since I had several random keys from various Fanatical bundles (more than half are from mystery bundles of one flavor or another) I thought I would share. I decided to do something slightly different, though. It's a train... or is it? 25 completely randomized cars (except I did clump 3 together that obviously belong together) for your pleasure, all except the first one (because I forgot to set it to anything) is level 1.
