It sounds like another scam. I remember something like that being posted here a few (many?) months ago.
If you google their return address you find a lot of different companies in the vicinity.

Even if the thing is real, the whole product seems bogus. Absorbs harmful blue light? What are they on?

These things are bullshit.
All of these "it's free, all you have to pay is shipping" offers are crap.
You are paying high shipping cost because they put the price of the item in the shipping.
They usually ship from China or similar, so you are paying $15 for something that costs them $3 at most.
