Puzzle ( sorry no games inside )

This is my first puzzle ,Sorry though no giveaway inside :( .
I created this for fun, it's for those people out there that likes to solve puzzles and I also want to know if this puzzle is easy , semi-easy, semi-hard or hard to solve. If it is too easy , I'll try my best to make a harder or better one.

i'd say semi-medium
it's not too difficult, but there's some formatting that might trip people up at first when using the usual sites -- since there are some simple answers though, it's easy to figure that out

itstoohard (for me). Don't know what a quadratic equation even is, solving one is out of the question.

That was approaching 25 years ago. If I did learn it back then it's been lost and forgotten in the passage of time. :(

ITH isn't case sensitive.

And also, I think there's some trick to the questions. None of my answers are working.

Ah. I found the trick. I don't like it though. Since now you have to consider things like leading/trailing spaces, case sensitive which makes the answers (IMO) needlessly complicated and frustrating to find.
Unless, of course, that's the intention.
