Is there a way to mass "hide" certain games?

If possible I would love to be able to mass hide all of these hentai games and the like without doing it individually as they seem to just be everywhere. Is there a way or am I doomed to click on every single one?

If these games are on your ignore list on steam you can use ESGST's Hidden Games Manager and simply add all ignored games to your sg hidden games list.
Another possible solution with ESGST would be to filter all games with an hentai tag on steam with Genres Giveaway Filter. Note that you also need to enable Genres game categories for this to work.
