In case someone knows who to contact in Support about adding games to the list...

I don't know whether anyone with access to resolve Support tickets regarding adding games is around, but it would be nice if someone could add some games for me, or maybe message whoever is able to do so. :)

Granted, I requested two games just today, but I noticed another has been waiting a month. I suppose the people responsible are busy with a massive GA train event for the season. :D

Unfortunately, that queue is >600 right now. I will say that it helps the process if you include a link to the Steam store page in your ticket. As well, keep in mind that /sub/ and /bundle/ packages work differently:

The base game of Dungeons II is available as an /app/ (see the URL): https://store.steampowered.com/app/262280/
There is a purchase option for the game, which is a /sub/: https://store.steampowered.com/sub/33915/ (that also includes a DLC)
There is also a "complete edition" /bundle/ for purchase: https://store.steampowered.com/bundle/5478/

Only the first two work within our system because of how the Steam API works (and to be clear, I do not understand the API fully to explain WHY).

Moreover, there is a similarly named "complete edition" /sub/ on steamdb (https://steamdb.info/sub/203309/), but this is not listed in the store, and thus we cannot add this one, either.

I wouldn't be surprised if many of those are duplicates. I will try the Steam links as you suggested. :)

I went looking in Steam, but the Deluxe or Ultimate versions have the same store link as the base games, and the keys I have are for the Deluxe or Ultimate versions.

Yes. If you give a package that contains at LEAST the item you've listed, then the winner will have no problems. However, it does not work the other way around (obviously?) and you can't cite a deluxe version if the winner does not receive that.

As well, if you are worried about CV, then this will not provide as much value to you by giving the lesser version.
