Why no CV adds from 4 weeks ago ??

I made about 20 giveaways since 4 weeks ago... some ended 3 weeks ago...some ended 4 weeks ago... why no CV added ? does someone know why ?

I also made a Ticket to staff about this problem but they didnt reply for almost 2 weeks and another Ticket about requesting a reroll and it's old about almost 3 weeks. why the Support is so slow ?
