You could always delete it and remake for group.

You can always delete it as long as it has 0 entries and redo it.

u can delete even if it has entries, just can't delete if it has ended (without the winners approval)

or just let it ride itself out without giving the link to anyone at all, to keep from losing the deleted GA slot.

Hmm i always thought that as long as it has 0 entries you can delete it automatically . Otherwise you need approval from support.

it's automated as long as it hasn't ended yet. though typically avoided if there are entries just because people will have lost points from a deleted GA, so kinda frowned upon.

I Made them public couple times , so i had to delete them .
Im pretty careful how i create giveaways nowadays tho
