Somehow I missed this thread last week. So, welcome back! 💙 You're very brave to have gotten help, sometimes the most difficult thing is to allow other people inside our bubble. When we withdraw into our own heads with depression, we start to reinforce our own (usually wrong) beliefs and become hopeless and feeling worthless and it just feeds on itself and grows and grows. At least that's how it is for me.
I hope you're doing better these days than you were before and hopefully have gotten some new tools to help you deal with it in the future. :)
