VGA and HDMI output simultaneously?

Yes, I run 2 displays too. One is via HDMI and the other is through VGA. I just extended my display for the smaller one.

Is it also possible to run 3 monitors on one graphics card (GTX 660 TI), one with DVI, one VGA and one HDMI?

This is usually gonna be possible. Graphics cards do have a maximum number of monitors it can support, but usually they're able to handle at least two or three if they have that many inputs.
