I undersleep every single day, even if I don't have to go anywhere. Just set multiple alarms on. Almost never take naps in hopes to go to bed earlier and get a proper nights sleep, but never do.

That sounds way too familiair. Although I just force myself to get at least 6 hours sleep every night (so if I have to get up at 4:30 (which happens way too often...) I have to go to bed at 22:30 at the latest), which isn't alway fun, but it helps a bit.

6hrs every 24h is my normal, during holidays i switch it to 2 4hr periods.

Only once. If I nap, I completely screw up my sleeping patterns, and I tend to feel worse. I don't sleep much anyway, usually about 5h/night, and if I nap I end up pushing that forward, and if I try to split up my sleeping into two parts (which I usually can't anyway due to work and such making not sleeping "normal times" impossible) I just end up getting a lot less out of my sleep and feeling terrible. That is if I even can fall asleep, I don't fall asleep fast.
