Info is conflicting, there is speculation that a friend actually playing the game will increase the chances of them appearing. I'll be playing a few more hours if you want to play and help too to get the achievement yourself!

Finally got the achievement, it does seem that having someone play the game makes it easier. I'll still be playing for a while and tomorrow if anyone needs help getting this achievement, just add me if you need.
